The original Arlington Row is located in the village of Bilbury, England. These cottages were built in 1380 making them some of the longest continuously occupied dwellings in Great Britain.
We take inspiration from the longevity and sustainability of these buildings and have borrowed the name for our project in St. Louis Park.
Who we are
Arlington Row Apartments are being developed by Melrose Company LLC. The principal of Melrose is Bob Cunningham who was co-developer of Excelsior & Grand in St. Louis Park. Excelsior & Grand was the first LEED ND certified project in the USA and has received numerous awards since it was completed. Plus, it's a darn nice place to live!
